Booking data

When you create a booking, we process the selected location and accommodation, dates, number of adults and children, any discount code, first name, last name, email address, telephone number, country and an optional message.

Why we use the data

We use booking data to check availability and price, create a reservation and communicate about it.

Sharing data for a booking

Data needed for a booking is passed from the website booking system to Smoobu, where availability is checked and the reservation is created. For booking form data, Smoobu is the only external service used in this implementation.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only as optional analytics. The tag with measurement ID G-TFBMNG2F5N loads only after your consent; it does not load if you decline.

Cookies and consent settings

We remember your analytics choice locally in your browser so the banner does not appear on every visit. You can change it at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Maps

Maps on the location pages are loaded from OpenStreetMap. The navigation button opens Google Maps only after you click it. Booking form data is not sent through the maps.

Your rights

You can ask us for information about processing your data, access to it, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, or object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
